Mods need to rewrite the rules

    As you can see this link needs updating, how can people follow the rules when the rules dont exist?

    I know that, and you know that, but Mr.Noob might not realise this and think 'hey, maybe this announcment that is linked to has some extra info regarding some update or loophole' and upon clicking the link finding themselves at an error page they might think 'Hey, what gives? where the announcement, I confused?'

    It was just an observation.
