Modifying domain registrar with bluehost?

I have searched google for this and to no avail got nothing. I recently signed with google adsense and it prompts me to add "A" records to my domain involving four IP "@" addresses , and CNAME (alias) records for my domain. I have never seen anything like this before, could someone explain this or point me in the right direction to figure this out? Thanks.

Are you going to use your domain for "Adsense for Domain"? You require to setup A records only if you want to display Google ads on your website (like sedo parking).
