Buying Modification of Wordpress site

    I have an installation here as a demo on a custom theme.

    http://www.tyreshopper.iinclude.com/

    And the theme optimisepress. (do not have to use it) Using this could allow better use of Fonts, etc. But again, need not use it since there is a custom theme that bounces of twentytwelve theme.

    I want to replicate the images

    I have the relevant images ready for the site.

    I want to push the blog posts to below the TrustPilot ratings.

    So it needs the Header with a hyperlink for 'find my tyres' across all pages and posts.

    but the 5 blue boxes and awards to only appear on the homepage.

    What is currently in the left sidebar can go.

    I do need them to be testing above the fold tested on multiple browsers.

    In essence it is really only the header that is getting changed.

    what more information do you need. It is what it is and needs to be modified to look like the image.
