    OK, i have changed my nameservers, to an active server.

    But why does it matter? You are buying a domain not a website? Anyway, it should work in the next 24 hours.
    Ill lower the BIN to $250.

    It matters quite a bit.

    Once you change the website around too much, Google notices this and applies some sort of filter. This is how it was a year ago or so, not sure if much has changed since then.

    I suppose all those only matters if you're hyping the sale with the PR5 stat.

    No, its not. Since it shows PR it is not banned.

    If you check site:modernstreet.com on google it has some pages indexed, so it is not banned.
