    ModernSchool.co.uk is a great name! I have been at Acorn Domains for a while, and you may want to join them too and post your question at http://www.acorndomains.co.uk/domain-appraisals.html. Actually, I specifically searched on UK Google Adwords Keyword Tool, and the results are as follows:

    Global Monthly Searches - 201,000
    Local Monthly Searches (UK) - 22,000

    I would suggest that you do NOT sell the domain now but develop it to be a mini-site with WordPress. Then, add some ads on your site with AdSense, and you would get some money while you wait for the end user! It's a UK domain, so it could be harder to find one. However, 22000 is a very good number! People at Acorn Domains are mostly from UK, and they have much experience with UK domains. I'm sure that they could help you better than I do. I know a person who has a mini-site service, so just let me know if you want his contact.

    Concerning Savingsdot.com and Casinosdot.com, the word "dot" is right before "dot com," so I'm afraid that they are not good domains. You may try to sell them under $20 and spend your time working on ModernSchool.co.uk!

    For a school, possibly. For a private school (training organisation) maybe as well, although it's not too descriptive. (It's vague.)
    This is so far off the mark. When using Google Adwords Keyword Tool you need to select Exact. This gives exact traffic, whereas you selected Broad (and that doesn't). Check the tool tip next to Match types.

    It's too worthless to even bother trying to develop. Instead, look for a buyer/list it, just try to sell it as a brand. I wouldn't sit on it for too long expecting big money, though, as it doesn't hold massive value. £50 would be nice enough. It's probably a secondary modern school that might be interested in buying it, so don't expect megabucks a company might pay. To get more money, offer a package deal: develop a site using a CMS, so they can manage it (in terms of content) themselves, provide technical support for a year and include a domain name. That could fetch you way more.

    Sorry, your others are killed by the word "dot".

It's a shame on me that I always selected the broad option on Google Adwords Keyword Tool, but now I know better! Could you please share with us step by step how to select the exact option? I tried to find it, but I didn't find it anywhere. Anyway, I'm not sure if you have been to Acorn Domains. It's a great UK forum that you may want to join if you haven't done so!

    @karpok - Once you follow ryan_uk's suggestion, you may post your domain for sale at Acorn Domains and DomainLore.co.uk. Hope you could sell ModernSchool.co.uk with a good deal!

    Yes, as ryan_uk mentioned, the word "dot" is redundant, so just sell it anywhere for $5-10. Ebay is a good place to do it. You may list it at $0.99 with no reserve! If they go expired, don't renew them!

    Sorry, I had forgotten to reply to this, but at least I remembered to give you a like. :p I guess you found the exact option by now? On the left hand side. There is Broad, Exact and Phrase. Sometimes the ideas box might be covering it and needs to be minimised.


    As you probably know, the Keyword Tool is being replaced by Keyword Planner. I have found it to be much better so far:

    Thank you very much for the like! I became an established member by your like, actually. ;) You are right. I figured out how to find the exact option, but I just knew that Keyword Tool is going to be replaced! That's very exciting, and I'm really looking forward to it!
