Selling Modern Home Blog $1000

I am looking to rehome my blog ModernHomeToday (dot) com. This is a self-hosted wordpress blog using the genesis theme. The sale includes the custom designed logo, entire blog and all content with facebook fan page (1,268 fans).
This is a newer website which I have been working on but no longer have time.

Content on the website has been supplied by myself or guest authors. I will provide the new owner with info on obtaining the guest authors.

As of right now the blog is generating right about $100 per month with NO promotion.

Is this site manual blogging? there doesnt seem to be much articles? how can it make $100 a month?

 

The site is manual. There are lots of articles and images. The site has 78 unique articles and posts.

 

I keep looking in this thread to find deals. Then i find a site like this. Nice job, your Alexa score shows you get some traffic, I am guessing organic search. Adsense is dialed in for the theme, although some of the new flash banners might get you some good clicks based on your content.

Overall this is a quality site. I am up to my ears in domains and development or I would make an offer. Good luck with the sale.
