We are looking for just a few people to manage and grow our web design/development community. These chosen few will become our community leaders and reap the benefits along the way. Tasks will include: Creating interesting threads on a daily basis Replying to as many posts as you can Volunteer ideas on how to get the forums growing faster including new categories, features, customizations etc. Encourage users to be active on the forum by providing a friendly and helpful environment. Recommend other moderators. Spam management General moderator functions We are looking for experienced VBulletin users with a proven track record on other related forums that can provide a significant contribution to our community. All assigned moderators WILL BE PAID on a monthly basis but will first need to go through a probation-like period of 1 week just to ensure to us that they are the right person(s) for the job. If the week goes well it will be included in your pay, if not then we will keep looking. Compensation starts at $25/week but that is not the ceiling. This may be increased but will be dependent purely on your performance and forum growth. An active track record on other web development/design forums will be helpful. High post counts preferred.
