just the prioritys they have, you an set this up easly in the admin part of your forum.

e.g. a supermodorater can change big things "the template of the site, remove modoraters"
e.g. a modorater is a bit lower ranked than a supermodorater so that they can't accidently distroy the forum, they can ban, delete and edit all posts normaly,

i can set this up for you for free. if you want me to PM me now :)

    That's wrong.

A moderator is someone who has the ability to delete threads, edit posts, ban members etc. You need to give the moderator permissions to specific forums/categories/sections and they will then have the ability to take moderator actions within those sections.

But if there is a section they don't have permissions in, then they can't do things like delete threads there.

Super Moderators are exactly the same except they automatically have moderator permissions in every forum.

No one except for administrators should have access to the admin cp, so only they can do things like close the board.

Yes, but by standard definition a moderator and super moderator are identical, except moderators only moderate certain sections while super moderators can moderate everywhere - not what you said.
