Moderator please help me (Itarder Issue)

Hello Sir,

I have one problem, One of person (MudiW) has buy a service from me few months ago, at that time he has give me positive feedback in service thread and also he has give me (+ve) itrader also, at that time when I ask for payment and he told me that there is some problem in his paypal account so he will send me payment later, after that I have give him so many times reminder regarding payment but he has not send my payment, so almost 2 months are passed away and at the end I decide to give him (-ve) itrader to him,

When I gave him (-ve) itrader he has also give me (-ve) for same service for which he has already give me (+ve) itrader, here is detail of his itrader and positive feedback post for my service

Leaving a second iTrader because you change your mind constitutes iTrader abuse. Thanks for the heads up.
