Moderator mistake, please remove my infraction

I just noticed today that I received an infraction for the following post: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=674799

BUT, I originally did not post in "Freebies" category, a moderator must have misunderstood my post and moved my post into the freebies. Later, another moderator must have seen that this was in the wrong category and gave me an infraction.

At one time, both posts were right next to each other, so a moderator must have moved it and a different moderator gave me an infraction. This is a misunderstanding, please remove my infraction, I would really appreciate it.
