mod_rewrite subdomain to root level

    I wish to rewrite subdomain.domain.tld/CONTENTS to www.domain.tld/subdomain/CONTENTS

    I was wondering if anyone could help?

    I have a URL like this: blog.domain.tld/2008/05/13/post-title/

    And I want to convert it to: www.domain.tld/blog/2008/05/13/post-title/

    I hope this all makes sense with the intention.
