mod_rewrite rule help

    Hi,

    Could you please help me to create mod_rewrite rule which will:

    1) keep all requests to pitctures (jpg, gif) like they are
    2) keep all requests to folder /admin/ and deeper like they are
    3) redirect all other requests to main.php
