Mod_Rewrite: OFF - .htaccess 301 www N/A HELP!!!

    I recently changed hosting companies in order to get a local ip for my market. The .htaccess file that I use which performs a 301 sitewide redirect from the non-www to the www for all pages cannot be used because it is a co. policy that they will not bend.

    Any ideas as to how to make the 301 with the www without the htaccess in order to not get PR split from google?

    in google webmaster tools you can set the preferred one... www or non-www
