mod rewrite cosmetic or requirement

    Hi,
    running a larger domain in travel (UK-Europe) I use sql for content and up to two parms to access / feed the correct page.
    e.g. airport="LHR"&service="TAXI"
    Google Yahoo Inktomi (looks like the new MSN as well) etc all seem to be happy with this and have slurped it up and fairly well positioned.

    I ask myself (and now this forum) do I need to learn about mod rewrite?

    I have just been looking for that rewrite too on the forum

    I know its here too! But I can't find it - the one that gets rid of the session ids etc if I remember correctly so the Search Engines will spider

    I have bitten the bullet over the last 9 months and have changed the sites more toward php so I now run

    blogs
    forums
    Open Realty for real estate, boats, etc

    and I just want to be sure that they get listed! :)

    Well, just make sure you have no session IDs in the URLs, and you should be fine.
