How can one go about doing this?

I edited my post to disregard this topic but I realise I still need help with it. I checked the other post with a similar problem and the answer it contained was done via PHP whilst i'd rather it done via Mod Rewrite.

    Can anyone help with this?

I want my urls instead of http://example.com/page.html to be http://www.example.com/page.html

    Kind regards,
    chopsticks
