we have a domain name similar to an example USASSOCIATES.COM (made up just to give context). first letters make up initials for a region and the word is just a generic dictionary term for congregation among pals. but it's pretty unique and if you were to search google for our domain name, our site would come up. anyhow, our site has been operating since 2003 and has maybe 20,000 member registered with up to 1000 uniques per day with huge perticipation. and of course like any site with a forum, you start to accumulate a group of banned members. anyhow, these banned members have teamed up and registered our domain name with .INFO on the end. we're not really operating as an official business and the site is just to discuss a hobby. anything we can do other than grovel?
you could make an offer on the domain. or, if you really wanted to play dirty, flood their site with a ton of traffic and have everyone upload large pictures and use a lot of bandwith on their hosting.
