    Maybe some of you heard about MochiMedia, but for the ones who didn't heard about them, MochiMedia was a browser-based games network, with more than 140 million monthly active users and 15,000 games on nearly 40,000 publisher websites and was dissolved by its parent company Shanda Games on 31 March 2014. Their main domain name was mochimedia.com

    Or because Shanda Games technically owns the trademark "Mochi Media" these domains are worthless and are a registered trademark.

    Show me where they own the Trademark and I'll trust you. I've search and I didn't found "Mochi Media" as a registered trademark, if you find it let me know.

    I doubt the company would give up the trademark just because they shut down the business. And a whois of mochimedia.com shows the parent company still owns that domain:

    Registrant Name: Mochi Media
    Registrant Organization: Shanghai Shu Ji Computer Technology Co., Ltd

    It's probably just a matter of whether the parent company wants to bother enforcing their ownership of the name.

    Well, I had this domains since the website was still active, I used them for a short while, nothing happened. I've searched everywhere about trademark, I didn't found any related document or anything else about this name being registered. Anyway, if somebody wants those domains, is free to do what researches he wants. Thank you!
