MochaHost - Worst Possible Host Ever : Stay Away at All Costs

    Hi People,

    I have been with MochaHost since over a year now and there has never been a week when I have not had problems with their service.

    Last year, due to a failure I lost all my sites.

    This year, due to another failure i have lost all my databases and the Tech Monkeys tell me that it may take several days to recover the information.

    I have moved away from them and I have no hopes of getting my money back, however I have started a blog / twitter in order to let people know about their poor services.

    if anyone is thinking of MochaHost, please feel free to email me and I will send you the support tickets i have with them. They sometimes take 24 to 48 to a week to respond to tickets with "CRITICAL" or "EMERGENCY" status.

    Sorry to hear about your bad experience with MochaHost, I cannot stress enough the importance of maintaining your own backups; in the event of something like this happening its very important.
