Hi People, I have been with MochaHost since over a year now and there has never been a week when I have not had problems with their service. Last year, due to a failure I lost all my sites. This year, due to another failure i have lost all my databases and the Tech Monkeys tell me that it may take several days to recover the information. Sorry to hear about your bad experience with MochaHost, I cannot stress enough the importance of maintaining your own backups; in the event of something like this happening its very important.
