    Hi,
Recently i am created a mobile website with sum domain m.example.com.
If a user clicks my website in desktop then he will see www.example.com and if user clicks my website in mobile device, he will see m.example.com (content of normal website and mobile website are different)

May i get any penalty from google ? is it consider as cloaking ?

What steps i should take to implement this ? please reply

    Thanks
    :)

Try reading and downloading Google's mobile search. You will not get penalized for creating a mobile version of your site but you need to explore more about the mobile version.

Google has different crawler for desktop versions and for mobile versions. both these crawlers are independent to each other. Thus, you don't have to worry about duplicate content.
