Just wonder anyone here understand how search engine evaluate the mobile site and normal contents site in term of contents and etc. The same contents for both, will it consider a duplicate contents? Any idea? Please help if you know. Thanks

Personally I think there's no relationship because most mobile site can be accessed from mobile phone only.

Once the content is existed in online version(normal website) and the same content is there in mobile version, than Content Duplication comes into the picture. It is recommend to have a different version for mobile like sub-domain mobi.yourwebsite.com or new domain yourwebsite.mobi.
