Mobile site showing header and menu - before content

I have tried JetPack and my site show up with the header and then the menu before the visitor can get to the content.

I changed from WP Touch because my bounce rate increased by about 20 percent. I want the website to be available to mobile users but I cannot get the kinks worked out.
Can anyone recommend a good mobile site plugin.

My advice -- forget ALL that plugin crap and just make a proper responsive layout -- without the scripttardery, and goofy show/hide crap. If you REALLY care about mobile users, you'll just reformat the menu flat where it is... if the menu is too big for that, you've got too much garbage in your menu.

Generally speaking, don't overload your USERS with too many links; it's a waste of bandwidth and harder to navigate the smaller the screen gets, no matter how many goofy tricks you try and throw at it. Good old fashioned drill-down FTW.
