I've kicked off my mobile ecommerce site m.miccostumes.com (please try to use your smart phone for visit) for half of month. But, unfortunately, the conversion rate is far lower than our desktop webisite. Almost all potential customers stop at login process page! Do you have any advise? Thanks! !!
Hello, and thank you for sharing your website with us! After giving it a look over on both my phone and computer, I will definitely compliment the layout, configuration of options and accessibility, and lastly the tools in which you have laid out for navigation purposes of the website and products. Should I actually had been a 'fanatic' or interested in purchasing products or costumes such as these, I would have considered making a purchase--for the most part (see below). I do however have a few questions and suggestions: 1. Have you considered or tried contacting the hosting-provider you use for the site for questions or concerns regarding the transfer rate, content consistency, and image-quality and transitions of the website from Desktop <---> Mobile ? 2. Why is this randomly in the middle of the home-page? "Search www.miccostumes.com" (Consider removing it, unless you have a reasonable purpose for it being there.) 3. Do you (or why don't you) have a review or testimonials section for customers to leave their feedback on your website regarding level of experience/satisfaction with your Customer Service, ordering process, and actual product once received? 4. What safety features or guarantee can you offer the customer (consumer) regarding the security of their payment processing? Do you have any accreditations or verification status with Paypal, Banks, the BBB, etc. to reflect to prospective customers that you can be trusted with private information? What about security features that would give the customer an added sense of security when utilizing your website and providing their personal financial information to you when making purchases? (I.e. see popular buy/sell websites that guarantee encryption when using their forms and payment systems) I look forward to hearing back from you, and wish you all the best of luck with your website and business! William
very nice costume website. both visions are very nice. first of all you need to think that eCommerce website always contains lots of database and hence try to minimize the page loading speed on both mobile and desktop. Another important thing is go with cost effective online marketing of your desktop and mobile websites
