mobile phone networks - do they get charged per text etc please read

    say for exampl t-mobile

    if they were to charge 3 p a text, would they pay someone who owns the whole mobile network 2p or something?

    if not why doesnt somebode start a company 2p a minute and 2p a text?

    they would make a fortune!
