Hi there DP members, I decided that I am at the point where using a smartphone is essential for my company. My company sells VPS, dedicated servers, and gameservers. I use an Android phone, WHMCS, and WHMCS live chat, but would like to know if it was possible to have alert sounds for the WHMCS app and the browser versions of the WHMCS live chat. If not, does anyone know if there are sound alerts for any type of live chat software? Basically, I need my phone to ring once someone wants to initiate a conversation with live chat, otherwise I have no way of knowing if someone has a question on live chat for me. Only way I would know at that point is if I am just always on my phone all the time or constantly checking it, which is quite annoying. Overall, looking for a live chat software (if the WHMCS live chat software Stardevelop does not have it) that has sound alerts Thanks!`
Zopim has sounds for chat requests, visitors etc. It's an online chat app so you don't have to install anything on your Android. I just hope it will look fine on a mobile screen.
