Yes though I hate the term WAP. The mobile web is booming. If you don't have a mobile website (be it .mobi or not) you're taking full advantage of all the web has to offer and you're neglecting conversion opportunities. http://mobility.mobi/ is a great source of free information from real end users who are not trying to get you to buy a copy of a shockingly overpriced eBook. There are some great partnership and affiliate opportunites on the boards there.
