I noticed there were no forums dedicated to mobile resources, so I figured this is the best place to ask:

Do all cell phones display a 'Home Screen' when in user lock mode?
If so, what format do they use for the background image? I'm thinking they would all use jpeg.

I was wondering what is the minimum size for a cellphone wallpaper. The ones I make and upload are about 100x100 for my Samsung. Does it matter between models?

from what i've seen each cell model has its own size of screen. i guess the question is, if you make a universal one (like 80 x 80), will it stretch and distort on larger screens?
