    I don't know echaz at all, but he's got 100% positive feedback.

    If you pay for your items directly through paypal or some other form of payment then they may show as unpaid (I have one on my account from 2010 that was paid for). I suspect that if he hadn't paid for 26 transactions then he wouldn't have 100% positive feedback.

    Thanks for that, Terry. But it was infact a genuine answer. I have no idea how the payment ratings work and the only thing I could think of that would stop him from bidding might be that.
