    How we can redirect a domain to mobile version when a user is accessing site through a mobile device ??

    You need to detect mobile browser UA string snippets, which is not so easy.

    I use DeviceAtlas for clients but there is also WURFL.

    I haven't tried it but take a look at Andy Moore's solution.

    or you can get a seprate domain for a mobile website a .mobi domain !
