    Hi,

I was promoting ringtones in one of my campaigns but this ringtone site that i was promoting doesn't have the usual "insert cell number" to receive pin to access the ringtones method because the site is actually free

what the ringtones site that am promoting requires is a username and password and thats it, no charges to the user.

However google recently keeps telling me that my campaign can not be active because of it's "mobile content" policy and thus they recommend me to add a checkbox or opt in or something along those lines as well as displaying the cost of the ringtones.

Is there a way i can explain to them that the site doesn't have those options or should i create a landing page that is similar to the other ones eventhough the user will not receive a pin?

put a check box that says they understand its 100% free... that's if it truly is... and if that is so, how are they making money then?

Thanks for your response, they are making their money through advertising
what i meant by free is the ringtones itself, if the user wants the ringtone through sms or wap then charges will still apply, however the site allows you to save the tone on your PC.

Does this policy require me to add that mobile phone usage still applies?
