Hi Dpers. I have a trouble in my mobile. I am using Nokia 6085, and it has some hardware problems because i dropped the mobile many times and blue tooth doesn't work and also some software problems. I upgraded my mobile Os but it is completely getting installed saying unable to complete installation. And whats my problem is whenever i install applications from a trusted source like google, or other sites like google mail application or yahoo applications or some games though it is saying no valid certificates but previously i have those in my mobile. But now it is not available. How i can get those back. Don't say me to contact nokia showroom or service centers. I want a web solution. Is there any possibility to get those user certificates. Thank you.
I already req to don't redirect me to nokia showroom or service center i need to solve it by myself. I can update the OS, i know how to do it, i already did it and It is not completed fully as there is Hardware issue in it.
I need some clarifications about the problem. Are you not able to install any software or facing problem with only unsigned applications?
Ok i make more clear..... Usually every mobile have user certificates it will be used by the applications to verify whether the mobile has real license to be used.... Generally unsigned or un recognised applications won't be checking this license, but applications which is from trusted zone or user or company they seek user license in the mobile, in my mobile those certificates are missing after some software crash in my mobile and as i know bit about it, i resolved the problem and can use the mobile, but i can't install those recognised applications.
