Mobile Broadband for Laptops

Anyone use mobile broadband for laptops? How is the service?

I noticed that Sprint and AT&T both have similar packages at around $60 per month for unlimited usage. I'm not sure if that is worth it for me yet, but I'm definitely looking into it.

    Suggestions? Thoughts?

I think Verizon also has a mobile broadband package...I haven't personally used it but it seems to me like it would be pretty slow.

They are supposed to get broadband speeds through EDGE and other technologies.

For $60 a month, it better be fast. I've been doing more looking, and most offer a minimum speed at around 400 Kbps

Could you explain a little more?

What is the downtime like? Speeds? Which service do you have?
