Mobile Apps with HTML, CSS and JS?

    You thoughts on the best way to achieve this?

    I have found rachet:
    goratchet.com

    Also to compile to IOS and Andriod:
    build.phonegap.com

    What are other solutions and services that might be better or easier?

    BuzzTouch makes it easy. My apps are basically their menu tool and a webpage
