The .mobi Domains can be home page in google for top keywords? Or this is POSSIBLE for .com domains ... ?!
i think its pretty possible, mobi domains are in no way special as far as i know. i have seen .org, .net, .in, .us ranking above .coms . . . . nothing is impossible.

It is a good idea to get one today and let it age over a period of time and maybe who knows there will be a .mobi boom with mobile surfing being the order of day at a later date
I'd be willing to bet that .mobi will have its own attention in search engines as the years go by...the internet will probably be its own separate thing on mobile devices as the years keep going by! I'm already seeing companies making mobile device ready sites with this extension.
No TLD has any extra value than another. This means *.com is equal to *.gov or *.ws, the only instance where a domain extension might get a boost over others is ccTLD (country code top-level domains). This is the extensions like *.co.uk or *.com.au, this will give you a little more juice for that specific data center handling that regional area. As for *.mobi becoming big one day I doubt it will get much head way, people can still visit any website using a WAP device, it doesn't need to be a *.mobi extension.
As others already pointed out .mobi and anything else can do equally well. Its more in the domaining world where some extensions can be looked at as lesser extensions, visit the domaining forums and some resellers wouldn't give a moments thought for .mobi
they are all same .. may be if u have something related to mobiles .. chances are there that you will get some benefit !!
