    Actually it was a Chain snatcher..
    The Mob mentality is typical, but the acts by policemen were horrible..

    Who gave them rights to drag the thief with motorbike..If thats the punishment then what makes India different than IRan? nothing...

    It was barbaric act.. Good that Policeman was suspended..

    The Thief needs a good beating,if i had my way i'd do it myself.
    Mugging old ladies and small children as a way of life is NOT acceptable.
    I believe we need tougher laws on this.
