Mmorpg

Hey, I am intrested in making a MMORPG. However I cannot program what so ever, and I was wondering how much it would cost for me to pay someone to make an MMORPG. I would be able to make all the story line, the features, basically how everything works.

I would also be able to map, I can map using RPG Maker XP. I would like to know if you can use RPG Maker to make MMORPG games? I would basically be able to get all spriting, mapping, and feature planning done. I would also be able to get allot of the information.

This MMORPG will be based on a normal RPG game that is avalable on gaming consoles and will be free to use. So I need someone who can basically put the whole project togeather. If someone is intrested please send me details.

The game would be one where the player as to download the game onto their computer, and play it off their computer not an website. Also the game is based off an existing RPG game that is no however in a MMORPG mode. I am looking for prices on these types of games.
