MMORPG Text Based Strategy Game - Earns 100+/month steady!

Hello all,

I'm selling my text based strategy game website because I simply don't have the time to promote it.

It is a highly modified and custom version of promisance. Feel free to go in and poke around and have a look. I used to have around 1,000+ active players, now I think it's closer to about 50 active players.

The site generates over 100/month consistently with absolutely zero input. I don't do anything at all, I don't even check the forums anymore. Revenue is generated through ValueClick and DirectRightMedia... Also, it's only fair to note that adsense was banned on the site due to previous owner abuse I suppose.

The only thing I have to advertise the game is a plug to it from my arcade site, but if I get a couple players a week from that, I'd be surprised. I will leave that plug in place though for the new owner.

HI guys ive played this game loads and its real good grahics are ace defo a great buy.

1k is cheap i wihs i have the $$$$

 

the coding of the base script is all that worries me. building online games is what i have done for almost 10 years now. However i know the base code this was built off of and worried of exploits and wanting to know the furthered development that it has taken to secure it before making an offer.

 

Where is it hosted?

 

I am hosting currently with aplus. To my knowledge there are no exploits in the code, many bugs have been ironed out over the course of the game. I will get some screenshots together of revenue and traffic and post them here today.
If you're familiar with the base promisance code, then all you have to do is login and play a bit to see that we've made some significant changes to the coding to make the game unique.

Your screen shots can not be read. blurred and unreadable. Please provide readable screen shots.

Also a demo account.. shouldn't be hard to provide a demo account to get in with.

I don't have a demo account set up, but you can easily register in 30 seconds to take a look around the game if you want to.

I personally will not use an email that can later be used to email on some newsletter system if i decide not to buy.

Considering the starting bid amount take the time make an account to provide for demo.

Im willing to look further to buying immediately but supply the asked for items.

About being on a newsletter system, I don't send out newsletters, but I do have the emails from everyone who's ever registered, which comes with the site.

Best guess on that is close to 10k unique emails.

I looked around the game and it looks ok, looking at the game and based on say you make $100 a month i think its only worth $600.

great, thank you for your opinion as well. I don't see how it affects my sale at all, if it's too expensive for you, kindly find another sale that interests you more.

 

What do you spend on hosting per month / what servers do you currently need to run this game?
