MMORPG front page (Please, only good coders//designers)

    I'm after a front page for our game DarkQuest however it's a low budget product so we're keeping it under $40-50 (that's the maximum we'll pay depending on quality of work)

    So both html & design is required, PHP would be great however not 100% required. It'll be a simple front page, with several sub pages such as account management, a subscription re-direct and highscores.
