NOTE: This site is being dualy listed on Sitepoint.

I am selling a site I bought on Sitepoint recently.

According to the previous owner, this site was established June 17, 2007. That means this site is not even 3 months old yet!

Traffic is very consistent. I've only had Google Analytics installed for 3 days (most of my time was spent trying to move the site, I've only had the actual site for a couple days). The first day, it was not up the full day as I set it up in the afternoon. The second day I had it up for a full day. The third day, today, is not over yet. However, based even on the partial stats from the first day, and the full stats of the second day, I can guarantee this site gets A LOT of traffic and it's fairly consistent if you do the math.

I did not do any SEO yet. It's too time consuming for me. The "main" keyword for this niche is very uncompetitive. Expect mostly PR0 competition. I've checked the backlinks for the competition and it is very weak. If you know anything about SEO, you can take over the MMORPG designer's website in the SERPs! The game is widely reported on sites such as onRPG.com (large MMORPG reporting site) and is probably one of the most promising free MMORPGs at the moment. The site is already ranked for the main keyword and fluctuates between page 2-4 WITHOUT SEO. Once again, if you know anything about SEO, I can guarantee you'll be ranking #1-5 for almost every keyword and dominate this niche. Everybody on page 1 for the best keyword has PR 0. From examination, I was able to discern that the competition knows nothing about SEO. You really only have one real competitor fansite (which is much smaller and less active) in terms of SEO unless you consider the official site. The URL itself is fit for some easy SEO. I honestly think if you know what you're doing, you can get to page 1 within a week of a link building.

You can view the traffic screenshot to see I'm only getting 10% organic traffic. Anyone with the time to SEO this site can bring in major traffic.

As an added bonus for the winner, if you DON'T know anything about SEO, I will throw in my $77 e-book on proven SEO tactics which I wrote myself.

The game is only in open beta right now. Expect MUCH more traffic (without even doing SEO!) once the game is released.

The forum is also very active. 750+ members and it's not even 3 months old yet. About half those members are active (view screenshots). ~18,000 posts already, and once again, it's not even 3 months old yet. The highest posts in one day, I believe, was about 706 posts in a single day. Average is about 100-300 posts per day. Registration average is over 10+ per day.

Content is also managed by the users. All the content is in the Wiki, so you get thousands of pages of content + updates + new pages without having to do any work.

Everything is totally auto-pilot. There is an active moderator team that posts news and manages the forum for you. I've done nothing as a forum admin except install the forums. The Wiki also is run by the users. The previous site owner also offered me to stay as a co-admin because he loves the site/community. So this is completely auto-pilot; let others do the work, and you take the paycheck.

Hosting is with HostGator, so if you also have HostGator, hopefully they'll move the site for free. I actually spent the majority of my time moving this site, that's why I've only actually had the site up for a couple days. Domain is with Namecheap, I'll provide a free push for the domain. You need to get your own vBulletin license. Besides hosting and domain, there are no other costs for this website. So you're looking at $15/month for hosting and maybe $10/year for domain?

    Why are you selling?

Instead of telling you a bunch of crap, I'm just going to say I nearly have the monthly earnings to get a Ferrari :) (getting a nice online discount; otherwise, this would still be just a dream). I just need some cash on hand to make a good down payment. The monthly earnings this site can get me are irrelevant, I can already pay off the monthly cost for leasing. Thus, I don't really care how much money per month this can get me; yes, it has great potential; but I need large chunks of cash on hand to make the down payment.

Honestly, I don't mind keeping this site because I have products that are very marketable to the MMORPG market. I also reserve the right to not sell this site if bids are not high enough, so please do not waste my time with petty bids. Please bid at least in $100 increments..

Nope, it's unmonetized. I TRIED to sign up for CasaleMedia but there's an error with their form and I always get "Error: Please fill out the network" or something along those lines. CPM ads will probably be VERY profitable considering the monster traffic though. Based on yesterday's traffic stats, you're actually looking at ~50k uniques, 450k pageviews per month. This site isn't even 3 months old yet, and no SEO has been done. All your competitors have PR 0 and don't know anything about SEO. You can even dominate the official game maker's site on the SERPs. Official game maker is now even linking us on their forum, not just a links page, and actively supports the site. It's amazing how much you can dominate this niche.

The latest bid on Sitepoint is at $2100, so please bid higher than that. I have a pending BIN offer at $5000 (he's not responding), so if anyone wants to BIN it, please let me know.

Well, traffic proof is already attached, but I sent you a PM with more proof anyway. Tell me if you need more proof, I have nothing to hide. Traffic is very consistent.
