Hey all. I have been working on my first website project for about 6 months now. This website deals with MMORPGs (http://www.theburialgrounds.com). Although nothing close to what other people here have, thus far I am very happy to see it grow as much as it has. I am looking for Affiliates which I can use in text links placed on the side of webpages. However, I am adamantly against the black market of selling Game currency. Yet this seems to be the most pervasive market (By far). Adsense would just keep inserting these kinds of ads ...even when I set preferences against them. My question is, does anyone know of good MMORPG affiliate programs that do NOT involve ingame currency selling? Something like Eve-Online affiliate program, or similar? Thanks Frank
I guess Eve Online is unique. Its the only company who pays for refering players. I find it unusua, since you would think the devs would want to entice players any way they can Torrential
Good site! I suggested 2 new mmorpgs for you to add off the top of my head. I Could probably name a hundred or so that you don't have, but too lazy =). I'm an avid MMORPG player. Mostly free to play ones.
Yes, I have made a couple hundred selling clickbank products that are related to MMO's(more specifically warcraft) which are leveling guides. Normally I don't reveal my niches but I've moved on anyway
information on The eve online affiliate program can be found at https://secure.eve-online.com/affiliate/ Its basically $7 for everyone who signs up. Hope this helps Frank
We would be interested in sorting something out with you guys whether it be a set amount per month for a banner or something else. We currently offer an in-game 'Rev Share' at the moment, which is 3 tier based: Every donation made by your referrals gives you 10% of the amount donated. Every donation made by referrals of your referrals gives you 7% of the amount donated. Every donation made by referrals of referrals of your referrals gives you 3% of the amount donated. Please let me know if you'd be interested in working out a deal Thanks Jordan
I would recommend giving Google Referals a go. It is still not 100% perfect in blocking unwanted ads but the fact that you select specifically which ads you want helps a lot with only a small number of other ads being displayed.
Now that google referrals is being retired does anyone know of any other affiliate networks that have actual mmorpg games rather than currency sellers?
