    hmm, no. you cannot place your adverts on websites you do not own. its somewhere in their TOS.

    Yes, you can include your adsense code on their pages if you own the sites. Freewebs does it.

    I think you are allowed to do that. Just make sure that the content of those sites do not violate Google TOS.

    You are definitely allowed to do that. I've seen many hosting companies doing that for their free accounts ;)

    As most have already said, you are allowed to. The only thing that you will to worry about is moderating your clients content. If they violate the ToS, that could cost you your AdSense account.
