this one one of my fav sites is have, but right now im in desprate need of money and im willing to sell it.

around 1600 uniques daily (march average) a lot os SE traffic.
great domain name - site is 1st at google for "mma tube" and great positioned for many other keywords relating ufc videos and similar.
around 1450 members already (2 months old site WITHOUT ADVERTISING)
clip-share.com - 200 $ worth licence, 50 $ worth swf file logo rebranding.
over 900 000 of played videos
over 400 fights uploaded already.

this site is growing as hell and the only maintenance needed is moderating videos if someone uploads crap and this never happened so far.

site si making cca. 400 $ a month (AND GROWING) with only 2 ads placed and a popup
also you could make a lot from donations (im not making because im from croatia and i cannot receive money to my paypal account)

more stats and details please, like hosting charges, maintenance time, where you get the videos, Is it all user uploaded content or you also did it.

people upload videos a lot, i've done it only in beginning, now it's all automaticly!
also there are boards where you can find all recent vids (there is around 2-3 major events a month).
