    Go for it. When I started MLinkz I was just looking to get into the directory business. After just a few months MLinkz has paid for itself several times over.

    I would charge featured links per year, otherwise it creates a lot of work for you for not all that much money.

    The connection to the database server is a little flaky at times it seems. Just try again.

    I'm trying to gauge interest in different lenghts of time and price. So far it seems that 1 yr @ $10 is most popular, then 1 yr @15, then 1 month @ $1. So I'll probably go back to the original 1 yr @ $10 once the directory has 2000 links.
