    I am looking for who can generate stastics of the campaign sending.
    Stastics means open rate,click rate ,unsubscribes, bounce rates..

    And also generate graphic charts for that


    Price : $30 - $50

    Lowest bidder will also not do a very good job, especially at those prices. Graphing isn't the easiest thing in the world so you're not likely to get a very good programmer with that budget.
