Mistyped Domain "L", get rid of it?

I bought a mistyped "L" domain a couple years ago and just parked it. I dont do anything with it but it does make a little money(and I mean little).

I am getting concerned about having it. I dont want any legal issues with it. What should I do with it?

Considering I have had it for a couple years and havent heard from the main domain holder do you think I am safe?

    Thanks.

I'm probably really dumb, but what is a mistyped "L"?

Its just a "L" being placed at the end of the domain. yahool.com etc.

Not sure I want to just give it away and I know there are people that make money on domains like this. I am just not sure what I should do.

I'd make some money with it and if "tahoo" comes and busts you, just let it go. You can't really argue with them but you may as well let it earn while you can.

They are not going to ask for the revenue you made, just tell you to take it down.

If the OP's domain name is like Verizol.com and showing competing products of
Verizon, then he ought to be ready to pay any revenue he had made out of it.
Some trademark holders won't ask while others do, but there's no way to tell
as anyone can change their mind.

What if I become an affiliate of theirs? I would sell their products.

Would they let me sell their products and then hit me for trademark infringement? Seems like that wouldn't hold up.

Seems like a viable option to me.

I wouldn't draw their attention to it..

Once you are on their radar they will most likely want the name..

if it is big companies typo there is a risk :p

if it is generic then you can sell that name with traffic stats in domain forums :)
