mistaken infarction reversed, possible to remove?

Hi, I messaged a moderator about this a while ago but received no reply.

If after reporting a spam post one receives an infraction by mistake, and then it is instantly canceled, it still appears in one's profile, even though it appears as "reversed," and the offense ("plagiarism/copyright violation" in this case) still appears in the description. This presents a misleading picture, giving the false impression that the member was punished and then somehow pardoned. Is it possible to have the infraction removed altogether, rather than appear as an undeserved "reversed" blemish on one's reputation? One tries to be a helpful poster.
