Well i dont know if you have heard of 'Tinchy Stryder' (www.starinthehood.net)

    I have a domain name - www.tinchystrider.com
a common misspelling of this artists name.

I have had quite a few hits on this domain and was wondering what i may or may not be allowed to use this domain for without getting into trouble.

Sorry if i have not explained well. Please help me

Misspellings can certainly be trademark infringement, especially if you are attempting to ride the goodwill of someone else. This is a unique name and you are likely going to be liable if they decide to sue you.

I agree with that. You might be sued, but I think it depends mainly on how you use the domain. If it brings some confusion between your product and the artist, then you might have some problems. I don't know what is your goal with the domain name. If it is to draw (or steal) traffic from the original website, you are at risk.
