How important do you all think mission statements are? Whats the best one you have ever seen or the worst? You reckon it should be left until the company is huge - or mastered at the start?
A Mission statements is probably not for every business. For example a service business would most likely to have a mission statement than a retail store. So it really depends. As far the importance of it, I'd say this is something that you should have from the start of your company. As it gives your company an image of what it's all about. A good mission statement should be clear, concise, and to the point. Since each business is different, therefore it's almost impossible to say which is best. Unless you wish to compare those of a few companies that provide the same service.
