Missing Text in navbar and other places

    I recently had a friends forum that was moved to a few new servers... They seem to work fine on all but the one that I have the forum moved to now I seem like best.. However... I get one problem where my text is not showing up in the boxes in the navbar up top.. or in certain parts of the site.. like the proceed button, forum button, blog button, and lots of other buttons like whats new, now even though the text doesn't show up.. you can still click the blank buttons.

    My questions is.... where is this text stored at? is it stored in the database? Or somewhere else?
