Missing profiles in Adwords

    Hello all,

firstly, thank you for any help you are able to give, it is much appreciated.

Here we go. Launched a campaign for a client last week, on June 22. This is a continuation of a campaign from April, with the same settings etc. Once everything was plugged in, I went back 8 hours later to make sure that the data was good. This included logging into Analytics to make sure the data was coming through properly, all tagging in place etc.

Jump forward a week and I went in today to see how things are going. Adwords says I have 240 clicks which is great, but analytics says I only have 14. It appears that after the 22nd of june (the day it was all set up) the data stopped flowing into analytics.

Any ideas on this? I have the accounts properly linked and I did not change any settings anywhere. In my adwords website profiles (under reporting/analytics) my profiles are missing and the only site left is my site (which is useless as I do not advertise my services with adwords).

Everything worked seamlessly the last time I did this (april), but this is killing me as I am supposed to report on preliminary results in a couple of days.

Once again, thanks for any help!

Are you getting the data from "View Traffic Source" or the "Adwords Beta" function in Analytics?
Similar thing happened to me before. But afterward I realize the clicks from Adwords went from "Google / cpc" to "(Direct none)" in traffic source.
I didn't figure out what happened though...it went back to normal couple weeks after.

I do suggest check both "traffic source" and "Adwords beta" function and see if you can find the data. If not you may need to analyze your "(Direct none" traffic source manually

Thanks, appreciate the suggestion. I will look into that. I had also submitted a ticket to Google about this, and I got a response this morning stating "We are aware of this issue and are currently working to resolve it. We appreciate your patience in the meantime."

So I guess I have to wait now, heh.

    Thanks again!
