Missing "LLC" in payee name, will I be able to cash the check?

I have a company which is called "Michau Enterprises, LLC". Recently I got a check payable to "Michau Enterprises", without "LLC". Will I be able to cash this check, or the full company name with "LLC" is required?

It's close enough imo, try it. They can only say no.

You should be fine. I have an LLC, too. Sometimes I find myself in the same situation. I know you will be able to deposit it in your business account if they won't cash it right out. Then, you can withdraw it in a few days.

There should be no problem with that, especially if you've got a good history with your bank.
